green smoothie.


this is by far my favorite concoction that I learned from SunCafe in Hollywood. I have made a few tweaks…

You take kale, a banana, coconut flakes, cashews, dates, spirulina, chia seeds and maca: throw it in a high-powered blender (I use Vitamix) for about a minute.

Voila! You have got one heck of a drink packed with a bunch of amazingness: antioxidants, omega fatty acids, calcium, chock full of vitamins and minerals!
